Meet Your Officers
E. Don Wagner, PDG
Georgia

Lion Don Joined the Gainesville Lions Club in 1983 and transferred to the Dahlonega Lions Club in 1999. He is presently the Treasurer of the Dahlonega club, and is proud of his perfect attendance since joining the Lions.
As is usual for most any Lion who has served the organization as a District Governor, he has held all the offices at the Club level (except Lion Tamer) and has served his District as a Zone and Region Chair, Cabinet Secretary-Treasurer, Lt Governor, and District Governor. In addition, he has served in many different positions on the Cabinet, and is widely known for his involvement in the Georgia Lions All-State Band.
In the pin trading community, Lion Don served as the President of the Georgia Pin Traders for five years, as well as being their Treasurer for two years. He has earned a reputation for not only being an extremely active trader, but one who is considered by all who meet him as a fair and honest trader. He has gone out of his way to help many traders who have expressed an interest in the band pins that have become so popular over the past few years. Lion Don is one of the reasons this category of pins has risen to the surface.
On the home front, Lion Don has served as the Treasurer for the United Way of Hall County, and Treasurer for the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the American Red Cross. He was awarded the Charles Matthews Citizens Award by the American Red Cross. In the Lions, he is a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow, a Tom Bingham Fellow, and a Charles M. Blanton Fellow. He was recently inducted into the District 18-D "Lions Hall of Fame". He received the 100% Club President's Award as well as the 100% District Governors Award. He has been presented an International President's Award and Certificate of Appreciation, and the International Leadership Award.
As you can see, PDG Don Wagner is fellow Lion that we can all take pride in knowing that he is serving on the LITPC Board of Directors for the betterment of pin trading. We encourage you to get to know this enthusiastic Lion the next time you see him at a swap or convention.
